School History Project

Music helps us connect! Use your collection to teach kids about history and the evolution of music media. Is there anything vinyl can't do?

"My daughter had to do a Social Studies project on the getting to know 1960s. We decided that she would throw a "Welcome to the 60s" party. We all dressed the part and served foods that were popular of the times. But the best part of the party was that DJ Kitty was there. She spun classics for hours and educated my daughter and her friends on the music she played. She also taught us all the different popular dances from that era. (I always wanted to learn the frug.) What a blast had by all!"
